At your arrival you will receive a badge/key to access your room and other areas at your disposal

One of our rooms is accessible to people with motor disabilities, respecting all the needs of the guest, but in line with all the canons of design and comfort of the Mansion

Rooms and common areas are not suitable for the needs and enjoyment of minors, we are Adult Only

The Mansion is not suitable for pets
Protection of Guests and Assets
The Mansion preserves confidentiality and security thanks to a state-of-the-art home automation and video system. The paintings, furnishings and textiles in the rooms and common areas are protected by an RFID and also available for purchase
Safety Deposit Boxes
Each room is equipped with a powered safe to charge and store your laptops, mobile phones, etc.
No Smoking
All rooms and covered and uncovered common areas (solarium, swimming pool, breakfast area, terraces, etc.), for your own health and for the respect of everyone, are non-smoking
Wi-Fi
Fast Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and in all common areas
The service is provided by a third-party company and complaints, requests for reimbursement or reductions for any malfunctions of the internet connection cannot be accepted
Comfort
Each room has underfloor heating and cooling and the temperature is adjustable directly from the device inside the room.
Windows have curtains, shutters, and mosquito nets
Hairdryer
Each room, in the bathroom, is equipped with a powerful and functional hairdryer
Minibar
Each room is equipped with a minibar and selected drinks. Italian wine or sparkling wine on request

An infinitely rechargeable thermal steel bottle and our regular or sparking water filtration system are at your disposal
Cosmetic products are available in refillable ceramic dispensers
Room Cleaning and Linen
The room is tidied up daily, if vacated within the established time
Linen and towels are replaced with variable frequency according to season; any more frequent changes are subject to charges (please kindly check our Ters & Conditions)
Access to the Sea
They are available, on request and with an additional cost (please kindly check our Ters & Conditions), beach umbrellas and sunbeds and a lot of comfort just 7 km
Bag and Beach Towel?
A bag and a beach towel are available, for sale and in a limited series renewed annually

Breakfast is served daily from 8:30 to 10:30

Access to the Pool
The swimming pool is generally open from 1 May to 30 September
The pool's water is accessible from 8:30 am to 12:00 am and from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm, only when the Staff is on site
The swimming pool solarium is accessible from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm (please kindly check our Ters & Conditions)
